Our Floor-Mounted Scrub Sink is designed for use in wet labs, hospitals, and other health care and research facilities.
Providing users with a simple, convenient way to scrub down, our floor mount scrub sink is manufactured from a heavy gauge, corrosion resistant stainless steel with a clean and attractive #4 brushed finish.
Our scrubbing sinks are fully seam welded, have many special features, and are built to last. These features are to allow for comfort and maximum usability.
One special feature is that our floor mount pre-op sink’s interior is designed with superior sound deadening technology to greatly reduce noise during use.
This scrub sink is also designed with removable front knee panels for ease of access to the sink’s interior, allowing for maintenance on plumbing and fixtures. The back of the sink is almost entirely open to allow for easy access to plumbing connections.
The floor mount pre-op scrub sink comes standard with one (1) wash bay, a sloped bowl bottom surface that will minimize splashing and over spill, and a 3 3/4” OD strainer drain with a 1-1/2” OD tailpiece.
The sink is floor mounted and comes with a heavy-duty bracket for securing the sink against the wall for added stability.
The floor mount surgical sink includes one (1) gooseneck faucet that can be converted to laminar flow by removing the faucet’s installed screen.
The sink’s thermostatic mixing valve is accessible through the removable front panel and is easily adjustable; the valve will automatically shut off if the cold water supply fails, thus preventing the user from getting scalded.
The manual flow feature on the floor mounted pre-op sink has a mechanical actuator that flows by pushing a knee-operated front panel to activate set temperature water flow, and a second push to deactivate flow.
