Many thousands of man hours are wasted manually fumbling with calibrating tools to check SiC and quartz boats. This is the reason we developed our verification VERI-1000 series machines. G2 Automated Technologies, LLC. Developed a line of quartz, SiC, & plastic boat critical dimension verification equipment. This includes all critical dimensions such as slot spacing, end-end dimensions, outer dimensions for warpage, etc.
The VERI-1000 Series will provide you with the most accurate and repeatable wafer position measurements. Upon completion, a detailed report will output to the docked printer entailing slot distance, slot tolerance, boat width, and many other crucial diagnostic measurements to ensure you carrier will perform its role.
Once the boat to be checked is placed onto the boat platform, it is lowered into our VERI-1000 verification system. A non-contact optical laser then inspects the entire carrier to ensure appropriate al-lowed measurements according to the customer.
These measurement numbers are fully determined by the end user and works hand in hand with our customized software to provide the most precise measurements. Once the optical laser inspection is complete, a thorough printout will be created from the attached printer to provide you with immediate results.
